Hello there, new member here. I'm interested in getting into homebrew game development and one of the thing's i'd like to do, is create a project for the Neo Geo Pocket Color.
I was wondering two things:
1) what language are games programmed in?
2) are there any resources or development tools out there for public use? I can not seem to find any.
