I ran across this site today, and I was really intrigued by it....but also a bit miffed. Is this really legal? I know that ROMs are illegal to have, but with this situation, I'm really not so sure. Opinions?

well the PC still have to load the java applet and the data( which would be the rom) so I'm going with no

I would say the site and all sites linking to it would be in trouble, but the people who view the site cannot be held liable, for all they know, those are flash versions of the games. (people can be stupid)
