all kidding aside, it never snows here, ever.

Yeah we got a 'cold front' last night and it dropped us to 22F, but it didn't last long. Now its like nearly 70 or something.

Thats the only thing I hate about central Texas. No *real* winters.

Heh. It's 48 here (St. Augustine, FL)right now and I'm still wearing shorts and a t-shirt. I'm flying to Connecticut tuesday morning.
Guess I'll break out the long pants.<img src=smilies/magbiggrin.gif>

So ready for winter. I hate the cold but atleast it keeps people from going everywhere. So going out won't be that big of a deal. Plus work will slow down alot after the holidays!

I hate to say it but that ain't shit as far as snow goes. Of course that may be because I'm used to Chicago, where it seems to only snow a few times a year, with each snowfall dropping assloads of white stuff all over the place, but what is that anyways, 2 inches of snow?

That's how it is here (Jersey) too, we'll get snow flurries a few days and maybe one or two storms that drop about 2-6 inches and then out of nowhere either a Nor' Easter or blizzard drops feet of snow.

Everyone acts like they're going to die whenever it snows here too, they go and buy out the all stores and feel the need to drive in it, plus get on the news bitching about how they hate driving in snow. Do these people not keep anything in their houses? We've only been snowed in once, for three days, during the blizzard of '96 and we still had tons of food left if we needed it.

Ealier this week it was 19ºF at my house for 2 night in a row...and I live in TX for fucks sake. If it's colder than 65ºF then that's too damn cold for me. So glad I don't live north of here.
