The first boss in the cave in the 2nd town is hard to beat unless you have the blacksmith power up your weapons and that takes money- i have a save at the beginning of the game with $472,730 Gold, 99 Herbs ,99 potions, 98 High Potions,98 Relaxing Herbs(restores 500 MP),98 Panacea,98 Antidotes,98 Eastern Wine,98 Awaking Water,98 Crab Shell,98 Jelly Fish,98 Sleeping powder,98 Bomb Seed,98 Selacon( fires electricity at enemy),98 Freeze Bomb,98 Troll's Gate(escape from dungeon),98 Sun stone,98 moon stone.I know there is a save state archive but i noticed it has not been updated since July of last year and i am offering this save if you are playing the game on a ZSNES emulator because i think it would make the game a lot more enjoyable if you could start the game with money to power up the weapons and plenty of item so you don't die all the time fighting the first few bosses and difficult enemies.E-mail me if you want the save and i will be happy to send it to you with some scans i made of the Super Famicom box, cart and pictures from the instruction book that came with the game. Also check out the file i attached which has a picture of the item screen and the items included in the save.

your best bet would be to PM one of the staff members so that they coulsd post it

also, they usually want saves at the end of the game, not the beginning

If it's useful I don't know why it wouldn't be posted. o_O Just because it's not at the end of the game it doesn't mean that some people would find it worthwhile to download.

eh, that's what I heard. I mean their argument was (and I forgot who) that if you wanted all high stats items etc on your game you should use cheat codes. Eh, I dunoo, I was just relaying what I heard to him

But some people are too lazy to input cheat codes or don't know how to use them so they want to use a save with the cheat codes already inputed .
The reason i have a save at the beginning is this is a hard game from the beginning because the boss in that cave in the 2nd city wipes you out immediately unless you spend a long time getting money from fighting monsters to have your weapons powered up at a blacksmith. i also included the items that attack enemies in the save- The save i offered at the beginning of the game because i have read posts on other boards that this game is a pain the neck to get started on so at least the save i am offering at the beginning with the weapons powered up and with the items makes it more enjoyable- A save later in the game is worthless if a lot of gamers don't think it is worth playing the game to that point.
