- Break up your marijuana very well. Marijuana is not like tobacco, as it is (mostly) not leaves, and needs to be made into very small pieces. If the pieces can be described as chunky in any manner, you're not done yet. Keep going. Remove all seeds and stems, as seeds will hurt your lungs like a motherfucker if you hit them and slow the cherry's steady progress, and stems are not much better. Neither has anywhere close to a decent quantity of THC, so REMOVE them.
- Do not use Light or Mild cigarettes, and preferably use a brand that is filtered, as it is slightly more convenient to do so. Marlboro Reds are ideal, as are most standard cigarettes, although some, notably Camel Turkish Golds or Camel Turkish Jades, do not have tobacco all the way down to the filter. This isn't really a problem, but can interfere in your plans to make a flawless cigaweed. If you want to be really esoteric or pretentious, use Djarum Blacks. The papers on these, besides being black, have a peculiar burning quality to them that enhances a cigaweed smoking experience, which frankly tastes _very_ bad most of the time.
- Remove the tobacco by gripping near the lightable end of the cigarette, and rolling the cigarette between your fingers, while pressing the tobacco out of the cigarette. Do this slowly, you do not want to rip the paper. You will not get a lot of tobacco out of the cigarette by only doing this, so you must turn the cigarette upside down, and sharply tap the top of the filter several times with your finger, which causes the tobacco to fall out in the weakened portion that was gripped between your fingers.
- Advance up the cigarette, until you get about a half an inch from the end. You leave the tobacco in here, so that you don't have to deal with a roach. Roaches are a pain in the ass. Make sure that there is no "loose tobacco zone", meaning, make sure that there is no space where there are small bits of tobacco and nothingness, make sure that there is a clean cut between where the empty cigarette ends, and the small bit of tobacco begins. Tap it until all loose tobacco has fallen, and only sturdy tobacco remains. A "loose tobacco zone" will make your cigaweed flimsy and prone to bend.
- Drop your weed into the cigarette until it is almost full. Now, pack it down with the blunt end of a pen or a pencil without an eraser until you judge that it is tightly in there. The cigarette should be about half full or slightly less (if your weed is broken up well enough). Now, fill it up, and then pack again.do so until there is just a slight bit of room to twist the end. Now, twist the end.
- Tearing the filter off can be tricky to do correctly. What you want to do is try to tear it not at where the filter appears to end, but about 25% below that. This will cause you to make a nice, clean break with the cigaweed, and make the tobacco end of it reminiscent of the end of a clean, machine-rolled cigarette.
- Congratulations! You now have a cigaweed! Try not to be a
total pothead, if you know what's good for you.
