Jathys has a new version of the HME (Harvest Moon Editor).
The menus for newly supported rooms were left out of the last release for some reason (rendering compressed areas as nothing but black as a result). Likewise, Lunar Compress.dll wasn't included with the download.
HME 4.01 includes the dll and the new menus, so things work the way they were meant to.
