Google Pac Man

Wait, why didn't I move this to gaming/console talk before? I'm getting rusty it seems.

It's also a thread about the Google front page so it could have gone either way so you were right whether you moved it or not, just a judgment call basically.

I am trying to archive it for myself but google has block out shit for the sound file.
Does anyone know how to get it out of firefox's history

I'm not sure but by reading the page source it seems the game is protected. Seems to say something about pushing. I bet it's real time for the sound and it seems the coins are separate also as in waiting for a click.

I believe it is programmed to work only on a functioning page connected to Google though I could be absolutely wrong.

The only reason I checked the source is because I tried using FF download helper addon and it didn't work like most games online and the source said something about AJAX so I'm thinking this is a pretty good form of protection though it sucks if you actually want to save the game for just yourself.

Sorry I couldn't help you out with this.

I'm a fucking moron.
That is the sound file. I needed the javascript on a http server for it to load a shockwave file and not from the http file itself.

maybe now it can be fucked with and I could make new maps or something

edit:Even more gay! You have to edit your flash setting on adobe's web site. WTF?

No, I already got the sound working. I didn't know that the flash settings for allowing flash to work was only on their web site. Even though I have slight memories changing them to turn off automatic updates or something when I installed everything some time ago.

But I like the fact that the program runs off a web site in a flash program.:headshake:
