Ghostbusters 3...?

This is an article posted just yesterday on IGN, a relatively reliable source for stuff. Anyone remember talks going on about it a few years back, when Dan Aykroyd made an announcement that the Ghostbusters 3 project was officially dead, as Columbia pictures refused to shell out money for the film's budget? Maybe the project isn't so dead anymore, as this news just came up not too long ago. I would like to see it... who else wants a Ghostbusters 3? Who you gonna call?

Eh, if it's better than number 2 was. The first was great, the second was ok...

Ugh. There should be a law that limits the length of time between sequals. I love both Ghostbusters movies, but I don't see how a third one could turn out any better than "it could have been a lot worse", you know?

Come on, it had the Statue of Liberty being controlled by an NES Advantage -- what's not to love?!

Err... everything? I don't know, the first one was great but I didn't enjoy the second nearly as much, yet another movie that shouldn't have had a sequel.

Haha, yeah, I know. The original dwarfs the sequel. I still liked it, though.

agree 100%

Ghostbusters was one of the alltime greatest comedies. I could watch it until my eyes bleed.

But you couldn't pay me to watch Ghostbusters 2 again. Well I guess you could, but it'd have to be a substantial amount of money.
