There are alternative fuels better (cheaper and more efficient) than fossil fuels/oil but the Oil Companies have lobbied our government into preventing a lot of it from being implemented

JFK killed marilynn monroe (its not super important but what the hell)

80s is in fashion again, u know why, because all the old people that grew up then are now in power and have influenced their old nostalgia on the poor ignorant youth of today (posted in another post but added here for the hell of it)

This actually was a conspiracy theory. Something to do with her 'knowing too much' about the administration, and that the only way to prevent possible leakage was via death. You can prolly look up more, but the first google results were pretty much crap.

I wouldn't be surprised if the government actually shot down the plane over PA on 9/11. We all know Bush's policy of only telling people what he thinks is good for them.

It doesn't matter much to me, though. If they did shoot it down, it was probably for the best.

The government adds unhealthy amounts of flouride into our drinking water (flouride comes from raw materials, so what better way to dispose of scrap metals and such than to let us drink it?)

Government created AIDS virus to lower (gay) population.
Government responisible for "Agent Orange" as a test vaccine for AIDS. (since the agent orange virus is almost identicle to the AIDS virus.)

Huskies have 2 different coloured eyes. Coincidentally, so does Marilyn Manson. The government doesn't want you to know that Marilyn Manson is, in fact, a Huskie!

....I got that from somewhere, I forget where....

This wouldn't surprise me. It would be far easier for him to hide here than anywhere in the Middle East right now. <img src=smilies/laff.gif>

I'm not even sure if that would be a conspiracy "theory," I'm sure there's probably documented cases of that happening at some point. ;> It makes sense, in a way -- if they're facing what could be a fundamental change in the economy that could leave them out in the cold, they're probably going to do anything they can to prolong it.

Well...that depends on what types of fashion you mean, I guess. Fortunately I don't see anyone with neon-pink headbands and hot pants around, so some of it has stayed in the past where it belongs. ;> It seems like a lot of people around here are doing the whole acid-washed-jeans-with-knee-holes thing again, though.

The fact that you "wouldn't be suprised" means you have a serious personal bias here. Second I hope you're being sarcastic in the part I quoted.

uh. no.
If it was not shot down, then it would have killed a lot more people by crashing into a populated building.

I don't know what you mean by that. All I'm implying is that I think it's something this administration might do and I think they could get away with it. I'm not sure that it happened -- I don't have nearly enough information to say one way or the other.

If you're talking about a political bias, then no, that's not related. I can imagine the Clinton administration doing the same thing.

You mean that it's better they shot it down? No sarcasm. King killa is right, it would have saved lives, sacrificing only the ones which would have died anyway. I'm not saying, however, that I support a cover-up, if one happened.

Not necessarily. I feel that same way, but it's not because of "personal bias"; I just don't trust government, regardless of who's running the show.
