I managed to illegally obtain some songs from the now legendary Chinese Democracy album by Guns N' Roses, which has been in production for the past ten years without an official release. I listened to the first few seconds of the first track and forced myself to press stop. I'm actually afraid to listen to them. The latest speculated release date (after the failed expectation of an April release) is September, so I may just wait until then to hear the finished versions.
So has anyone else been following the Chinese Democracy saga? It's really quite interesting if you get into it.

Er, most of us here have pirated stuff one way or another. Roms, for example.
He only said he got them, and he's not offering anyone a copy, nor trying to sell the files, nor linking to a place which hosts the files (or which has a torrent). Far as I can see, this topic is 100% allowed.

At this point I'm more interested in the drama surrounding the album than I am in the band's music, which is why I was afraid to listen to the leaked songs, for the fear that it might ruin the fun of it all.
