Bob Denver died on Sept 2nd

> Bob Denver, TV's Gilligan, Dead at 70

When I look back at most TV in the 70's it was mostly crap. The stuff I used to like then was crap, but Gilligan's Island was the best and still is funny in a strange way since I've seen all the episodes many times.

Thanks Bob Denver for the laughs.

One of the few TV people that actually did something great.

Wow that really sucks. He definately contributed something to this earth with the gift of laughter.

Hell, I remember him on Dobie Gillis.
He played the beatnik, Maynard G. Krebs...he'll be missed.

70?! Damn, he looked like a kid on that show.

Rest in peace, my friend.

Don't worry, he'll only be gone for three hours.

...Sorry.
Seriously though, rest in peace Bob.

"Ladies n' gentlemen, Mista Bobbbbbbbbbbbb Denva!"

Yea, I'll always remember him most for his visit to Jesus and Pals or when he was on SG:C2C since I didn't see a whole lot of Gilligan's Island. From the few episodes I did see he seemed pretty funny and cool. RIP John Denver.

Except John Denver died quite some time ago. To be honest, I immediately thought she was talking about John Denver when I saw the topic title.
