Nowadays, you can find emulators ON just about every platform FOR just about every other platform.
But, if you were looking for the best emulator experience for old school consoles (including arcade) and computers (like Apple II and MSX), what would be the recommended platform? (Ispeculate that it would be Windows, bt you can disagree with me.)
I could start listing the emulators I want to run, but then I think there many end up being too many.
Also, is there decent PSP emulator that can actually run games?
