9/11 documentary(?) video (not sure if this has been posted or not...)

Well, I'm not sure if this has been posted here or not, but I'm going to do it anyways. I was browsing around today and came accross something that seemed interesting to me. I haven't really thought about the whole 9/11 conspiracy thing very much because... well, I just never thought about it. I chose to believe the things I've seen on TV and read in the newspapers and I never really bothered to research some of the stuff that didn't make any sense. This has made me think about things that happened that day a lot differently...

I'll watch it later, it doesn't push any of the rediculous theories (Holographic planes, space aliens, etc.), does it?

I checked out the website and ignored them as soon as they brought up the "what REALLY hit the Pentagon?" argument.

I don't believe there was a massive government conspiracy/coverup/whatever in regards to 9/11. I've seen several of these websites totally discount the numerous eyewitness reports from that day. I wasn't in NYC on 9/11/2001, but I visited the city very shortly after the attacks....that was a trip that will stay with me forever. I'll never forget that smell.

But I digress.

This administration has done a lot of shitty things...we don't need stupid conspiracy theories in order to get mad. Just look at the crap they are actually doing to this country (domestic wiretapping, illegal jails, torturings, etc).

Not that one again, it's been proven false time and time again. I do believe the WTC was bombed and someone is coving their ass for letting it happen, plenty of structual engineers have come forward and said buildings don't fall like that, but they're never given any airtime and it doesn't get out to the public.

I believe it was hit by a commercial jetliner.

Once again, I believe that it was definitely a terrorist attack. The government ignored the numerous warning signs, but I don't think it was intentional on their part.

Such conspiracy theories only serve to distract from the horrible things our government is actually doing, right in front of our faces.

Me too, that's what I'm trying to say. I just think there was more to it, I'm not going to bother explaining it here because I don't feel like getting into the arguement.

I definitely feel that there's a lot more to it, now. I haven't really sat back and thought about it very much because I didn't believe that there was really any kind of conspiracy about it... but now that I do think about everything, there's just too much that doesn't add up. And I have always quesioned the fact that the black boxes inside the planes were never fully recovered... but I didn't really think very in depth about it. I don't care what anybody says, those things do not get vaporized or disintegrated in a plane crash, or otherwise it would be totally pointless to include them on planes in the first place. Huge planes do not get completely vaporized or disintigrated in a plane crash... there is always wreckage. Something happened that the government is trying to keep secret... that's obvious. And if you watch the entire video, I'm honestly not sure if I would ever believe anything that the US government has said at all about 9/11.

I'm leaving! Canada, here I come! Your government can't be as corrupted as the US government!

First of all, the video sounds like it's narrarated by a high school student for a freshman speech class. The music makes it even worse, given the "in-your-face" this is dramatic monotomous tone that's supposed to put us on the edge of our seats. And even worse, that the video begins under the pretext that it's dedicated to those who died. I wouldn't be too overwealmed in 9/11 conspiracy, these kind of videos (particularly the flash about the pentagon attack) create a house of cards that pulls you into what is little more than a clever illusion. Be careful.

Best coverage of 9/11 I remember is, believe it or not, Howard Stern's broadcast from that day. Being in New York, they and some of their folks pretty much experienced this first hand throughout the broadcast. It's really amazing to listen to I thought.

Don't know if there's a download of it anywhere, but if there isn't it's a damn shame.

Planes are full of about 45,000 gallons of gas for each flight. One gallon of gas, if set on fire, will cause a big explosion. It wasn't a plane crash, Bob; essentially they turned the plane into a huge bomb with the 45,000 gallons of gas stored in the plane. It was like a kamikaze from WWII times 500. The black boxes weren't disintegrated, they were blown into a million pieces.

Well, it's obvious that the government is refusing to release a lot of info about everything that happened. They're dragging the country through this "war on terror" without a very justifiable reason. Considering the amount information released to the public, they could've said the terrorists were Canadian! Does the fact that they said so make it true? If they handed us a second grader's drawing of a square and said the Earth was shaped like a cube, would that be considered factual evidence? I don't think we'll ever know what truly happened on that day, it's going to be something you have to develop your own personal opinion for. I used to have an opinion on what happened, but not anymore... there's not enough evidence for me to have an opinion on what the "truth" of what happend on 9/11 is just by looking at the information that has been released so far.

Bob, you are being a propaganda artist's tool. I know what it's like, but do your own research, instead of just going 'Oh, the government is conspiring against everyone in America! We're all gonna die! ARMAGEDDON!!!!'
