What happens if they catch a website that host illegal roms for people to download. Do they sue the person for money or just take down there site? Is there any warnings?

I believe the official policy entails "penetrating violators rectally."

Confiscate computer equipment and fine you per infraction...I think a reasonable fine is $500 per title.

Would they fine you 500 per title, for each file downloaded? Would get really expensive

Probably per title...they'd go after each person who downloaded it separately.

By asking this question, you've incriminated yourself under the U.S. Patriot Act.

Please, under penalty of perjury, disclose how many roms you were intending to distribute; the Emulation Police will then fine you an amount equal to the distributed roms multiplied by $500.

Why aren't sites like romnation or rom-world sued, don't they have illegal roms?

Perhaps the matter is that no matter how much Bush wants to claim otherwise, the USA generally can't go after offenders in other countries. <img src=smilies/flipa.gif>
