3.5" DOS Disk

Have a 3.5" disk with a program written in Professional Basic pre-windows DOS. Only PC I have is a Windows 8.1 notebook/tablet with a USB port. Do have a 3.5 USB drive. What do I need to run the 3.5 in it DOS mode?

This is pure speculation because I've never gotten around to getting a USB floppy disk myself, but you should be able to mount the disk in DOSBox.
