Said to be the next generation of patching utilities, this program can create and apply patches in a new format called RUP. This format is superior to IPS because it cannot be applied to a file for which it was not intended (such as a corrupted ROM). Also, the program will recognize different formats and make any changes necessary to apply a patch. |
