MSX controls and commands.

Ok, so I'm new to the MSX world. I'm playing a lot Metal Gear 1 and 2 but I have a problem while playing Solid Snake (MG2), I don't know how to crouch and ramp under the fences lol. I'm also wondering what are the commands like ''Run'' ''Copy'' etc... I mean, is itlike dos or a CoCo 3 ?
