game boy advance

Im having a problem with a game boy advance and need help. The screen does not work properly an with attempted repair, I have got 10% of the picture. I have come to the conclusion that

1)the screen's cable is loose.

2)the voltage is low

There might be another way but im not sure

So...you tried to repair it yourself?

And what exactly is the problem (describe it as exactly as you can) and when did you notice it? Is it something that happened gradually, or all at once?

When i turn it on there was no picture but now I got to where everything is scrambled at the bottom of the screen with a fgew lines at the top.
It happened right away when I started playing Gradius Galaxies.
Probably dont matter any more if you dont know where I could buy a spare screen. when I was playing around with it today I got picture and then the screen like blew up. now there is a giant crack in the screen with all of the liquid crystals running to the left<img src=smilies/upeyes.gif>

Ah, well...I guess that might be a reason to not attempt your own repairs, heh. You might be better off just getting a new one, I'd think prices are going to come down if they haven't already.

There at $30 here. but anyways I fixxed it by putting a screen in from a GBA that didnt work.
