One Ingredient Banana Soft Serve
I just tried this recipe for breakfast, did it wrong, and it came out awesome. Instead of peeling the banana, cutting it into pieces and freezing it for 2 hours, I just chucked a peel-intact banana in the freezer and remembered it a couple of days later. It was a bitch to peel at first but once I finally got that managed, I dropped the banana into a blender, blended it for a minute or so and, voila, whipped banana with the texture of soft serve ice cream.
(The reason I didn't follow the instructions was because I didn't bother to read the instructions, I just read another blog's post about. That other blog mentioned that they added some honey & peanut butter to make other flavors.)
