how to emulate ps3
hello i need to emulate the ps3 so i can play little big planet

huh, I see someone here is using bugmenot. I'm amused.
Anyway, to answer your question, buy a PS3. It'll be a LOOOOOOOOOOOONG time before there will be any sort of emulator for a machine like that and it'll be an even longer time for technology to catch up to where it'll be able to run said emulator at full speed. Have fun waiting until 2020.

Ironically, it's easier to emulate on the PS3, than for it. Ha.
