Default GameCube+Broadband Adaptor+Crossover Cable = ?

So how do I exactly do this--GameFAQs has no FAQs to actually tell users how to get everything working...anyone have any ideas? I have the following:

GameCube, Crossover cable, Broadband adaptor (not wireless), and a desktop PC 4 feet away from the 'cube.

I'm assuming you want to stream games or homebrew over the network adaptor, right? In order ot do it, you need to have either Phantasy Star Online v1&2, or an Action Replay of some sort (only certain versions). Once you have that, you start a program on your computer that acts as a PSO server. Then the GC connects to it and the PC feeds it a loader instead of PSO data. I only have PSO, so I won't be able to help you with an Action Replay setup if that's what you have. Let me know what you're trying to do and I can walk you through it.

Actually I was hoping I can play online this way. Don't tell me the only reason to have a crossover cable+broadband adaptor is to do illegal activities? <img src=smilies/banghead.gif>

Oh, my bad. You can use Warp Pipe for that. (Leldorion linked to it) There's 3 games that support it: Mario Kart, Kirby's Air Ride and 1080 Avalanche. I'm not sure how many people play the last two games anymore, but I personally know a couple people who play Mario Kart on it from time to time.

Nah, I have this setup but yet I have not been able to make it work...I use Xlink Kai and it works best for Xbox...not so good for ps2 (damned GT4) and have not tried with the GC. Any Game that is "system link" able should work with the xlink kai...it's a tunnel app

Rai wants to play Kirby's Air Ride so much that I want to shoot him sometimes.
