Are you looking for subdomains?
I'm logged into the control panel, and Add-on domains and subdomains are two different things.
You get unlimited subdomains.
From my cPanel X: Subdomains 1 / unlimited.

Looks like a monthy fee. You can pay yearly for about 60 cents less per month (for the $6 monthly plan).

My sites are all hosted at TopClassHost

The service I've received so far has been exemplary, and your bandwidth and disk space will go up if you prove to be a good customer (pay a year in advance and stick with the service for a while)

I pay 'em... I think it's $110 for a whole year. The premium package. It's pretty awesome.
I use at the VERY most 50GB a month, even though I'm hosting a frickin' PSF leech site.

Can anyone else get WHOIS records for this site? I tried and it came up blank (not that I consider myself particularly competent...)

My idea was to see if this was just an arm of a larger hosting company, preferably with humorously contradictory results.

I got this:

American Digital Network ADN-WEST2 (NET-207-158-0-0-1)
207.158.0.0 - 207.158.63.255
TruePath ADN-TRUEPATH-NETBLK (NET-207-158-10-0-1)
207.158.10.0 - 207.158.10.255

# ARIN WHOIS database, last updated 2005-12-21 19:10
# Enter ? for additional hints on searching ARIN's WHOIS database.
