Speccy and ColEm Emulators Updated

Happy New Year, Everyone!

This week, I updated Speccy and ColEm emulators for Android. Among other
fixes, Advanced Settings file dialogs no longer exit when you try
opening an inaccessible folder. See below for all the changes.

* ZX128 virtual keyboard arrows no longer require CSHIFT.
* Advanced Settings now switch to app folder when current folder unavailable.
* Advanced Settings will not allow to select unavailable folders.

ColEm 4.8.1 -- ColecoVision Emulator

* Added support for .BIN file extension.
* Fixed display of .COL and .BIN files in the File Selector.
