Default ColeCOO v1.0 for the Dingo A320

Alekmaul, known for his work writing many emulators for the Nintendo DS, has begun writing a few for the Dingoo A320 as well. ColeCOO is a Colecovision emulator written natively for the Dingoo, and it's said in the readme that it "supports most things you should expect from an emulator" and that unemulated features are "everything that is missing". I'd try it myself to see exactly how feature packed it is, but as I don't have a Dingoo A320...

If anyone would like to try it out and tell us how it is, you can get it from Alekmaul's PortableDev, or from our very own site.

I'll try it on my dingoo later tonight.

EDIT: I tried it out and it's pretty good.
It includes most features that you'd excpect from a built in dingoo emulator with the exception of save states. I like the fact that it has the exact same menu setup as all of the other dingoo emulators, that's to say a list of options on the left with a screenshot of the game on the right.

It's features include:
Full screen and ''original show'', which is a non rectangular full screen.
Volume, reset, exit... Pretty basic, but effective.

If you want me to test other dingoo emulators i'm down. I just don't have linux on it yet.

Ah, excellent. I'll edit it's description on the site then with this additional info. Would you say the speed and compatibility are decent (no need to test every ROM in existence, just from your experiences with it just now)?

Well, Donkey Kong was good, so was defender and burger time. I foud that Pitfall II was slightly laggy, but only in certain rooms.

If you want to pm me when something for the dingoo comes out I'll for sure test it. I love the dingoo, and i'm looking for a good alternative for the choppy built in SNES emulator.

Thanks for the offer. You shouldn't have to test everything though...this one I was especially not sure of what the features were since Alekmaul didn't really say.

lol Well yes. Alekmaul does some good work so I figured it probably did have some kind of features, but that was just super vague.
