SNES Romance of the Three Kingdoms, missing tracks on playlist

I played the Sega version, this is what I remember.

There is one more theme before '17. Theme of Near the Unification'.

This theme is played when you have conquered 25 cities:

Conquering a few more cities triggers the 'Near the Unification' theme.

Also, when the Emperor sends a secret letter to a warlord, this theme is played:

If this is what you remember from the Sega version, why are you commenting on the SNES version? It is entirely possible for the two soundtracks to legitimately have these differences.

I have tried playing both versions online, and those tracks are indeed present in the SNES version too.

Sega version:

Both versions have the same music (sounds slightly difference due to both consoles having different sound chips).

It's easy to reproduce the '25 cities' BGM, just play Scenario 5 with 4 players, and when it's Cao Pi or Sun Quan's turn get the other ruler to surrender (Cao Pi surrenders to Sun Quan or vice versa). End your play turn and you'll hear it.

The Emperor's secret letter event is randomly triggered, you need to have some luck/patience to trigger it.
