Rockman 2 hack

I'm working on a Rockman 2 hack and so far I finished all of the sprites. I have 2 problems though:

• I can't find the Rockman 2 editor that Rock5Easily made (which is the only one I am familiar with) and

• I don't know what addresses I need to edit in order to change the function of each weapon (including Items 1-3) in the game.

Is anyone familiar with the ROM at all and does anyone know where I can get that level editor?

I've checked that site, and I didn't get any results, but I suppose I could take another look...

EDIT: Visine doesn't work on my computer, and nor does the Rockman 2/Megaman 2 Editor (by Kuwata). I also looked on DataCrystal, and none of the things for Mega Man 2 work with Rockman 2.

Uh... so try looking at the editors for Rockman instead of for Megaman? Rock5Easily's editors are right there.

My bad, I thought they had his editor for II but there's only III-VI. Are you sure one for II existed?

I found the editor, yet that only solved one issue.

I don't suck at Google. I don't like using it because when it comes to ROM hacking (what I search for half of the time), I just see a shitload of useless information. Yet again, it's no different on any other search engine...
