well, I'm just saying, your computer is better than mine in every aspect, hardware wise, but my computer isn't slow at all, (unless I'm trying to play games)
The part about your mom and grandpa complaining is what gets me.. are they maybe just complaining about the internet speed?

What antivirus do you use. Norton and some other are known for making cheetahs become slugs.

If it's a family computer I can imagine the taskbar is filled up with about 15 icons with stuff like real player and all kinds of stuff that got there during installs. That is one of the most common computer slowdown areas I've found with family computers. <img src=smilies/cwm11.gif>
