Staff members don't have to enter a CAPTCHA to edit files, so they can still create/update entries. We just don't have the ability to edit the code of the site.

Well, I updated the Breath of Fire 3 psfs to use the track titles (and numberings!) from the [URL="http://www.rpgfan.com/soundtracks/bofbox/index.html"]Breath of Fire Special Box[/URL], making it more official-like.
There was no changes.txt or anything with the original files, so I figured leaving credits was unnecessary. Do tell if I was wrong.
