Can anyone here reverse look up something?

I've tried reverse address lookup on an address I have (looking for the phone number tied to the place), but all the sites I've found can only do the Street Number, Street name, City etc. The number I'm trying to find is an apartment, so I need a site that will reverse lookup down to an apartment number, like so

123 Main Street Apt# XXX
Your City
Your State 12345

I've gotten it down to about 30 different numbers, several of which I've actually called and have gotten confirmation that it is NOT the place I'm looking for. Anyone know of a good free site that can do this?

also, this sounds kinda weird, but if you have the name... that probably will also help.

It's always possible though, that the number is "unlisted" and any you find will be out of date anyway.

got it.. dug around... am amazed that you came up with all that you did on your own. Then again, if this person is local, it's not that much of a mystery.

Sorry, can't turn up anything you haven't already. :\ Might wanna go down to that place where public records are kept and look for change of address notices or something.

Thats OK. Thanks for checking it out for me though. Actually I didn't come up with any of it on my own. The thing is, I've been watching this guy since I started dealing with him, just in case a situation like this turned up. (he owes me $500).

I saw one of his auctions where he was selling a car, and forgot to blank out the License Plate. Bad move. I have his address because I sent payment there, and I have an old phone number because that's the one I used to contact him with.
