Default NotSo Fatso! (NSF player ^^)

Yay! Just got done updating it... figured I'd drop a line here. NotSo Fatso is the NSF player I've been working on for quite a while now... it's very groovy. Check the download page (http://disch.zophar.net/notsofatso.htmlhttp://disch.zophar.net/notsofatso.html</a>) to snag your very own copy.

As sort of a special bonus... DD was kind enough to host an MP3 demo for me ^^ to sort of show off sound quality/features and other nifty stuff:
http://dahrkdaiz.panicus.org/Disch/NotSoDemo.mp3http://dahrkdaiz.panicus.org/Disch/NotSoDemo.mp3</a> (approx 933Kb, 59 seconds long) <img src=smilies/magbiggrin.gif>

Feedback welcome/appreciated.

Sweet. NotSo Fatso is absolutely my favorite NSF plug-in for Winamp, and I think it also is the best sounding as well, and it has features that no other player has. You all should download it like I did, I've been using it for a few versions.

You won't be sorry.

And by the way, the new GUI is WAY better than the old one.

Still the best on the market... I'll be looking at your code for some ideas for 64th Note.

Excellent, excellent work as per usual. I'd also like to note that it sounds absolutely BOSS with http://www.winamp.com/plugins/details.php?id=79374Izotope Ozone Free</A>. Ozone's designed to model an analogue amp, so it fills out and smooths over digital input like a tall mug of Hefeweizen. Set it to 'Warm and Airy', click on the Room Simulation tab and choose 'Bypass' up top, and Journey to Silius sounds like the band of the 80s... if ya wanna call it a band, cuz it's really a one man name.

Default Good lord man!

I tried out that plugin... set the options up the way you described and fired up an NSF. I was like "meh this isn't that big of a deal"... then I turned it off so I could hear before/after comparison... and Oh.. my... god....

This is one of those plugins that like once you have it you wonder how you ever did without it <img src=smilies/magbiggrin.gif>. Awesome.

Also check out "For Headphone Listening" with Room Simulation turned off. It sounds totally incredible on my Grados, and I think it'd do quite well on speakers too.

And again, great NSF plugin. <img src=smilies/thumb.gif>
