Insurance rates in New Jersey are just as bad. Luckily, my mother only makes me give her $50 a month for my insurance. If I had to go on my own policy, then I would pay a lot more than $50, so I got off easy this time (had I reported my two accidents to the insurance company, they'd rape me for every penny I own). I can't wait until I move to Pennsylvania, because I've heard PA's insurance rates are very low compared to New Jersey.
