GerbilSoft, in a surprise announcement, has released a special edition of Gens/GS that runs Sonic 2 and Sonic 2 and Knuckles in HD. With reverb....and lens flares? I always thought that Sonic 2 needed more lens flares.

If you want to check out this very very special edition of Gens/GS, you can head on over to it's forum thread, or download it straight from ZD, where we've mirrored it (Windows and Linux).

For the record, I know that this release is mostly a spoof. I stand by my remark of Sonic 2 needing lens flares everywhere though. :P

Tonight, on a very special episode of Gens/GS, Sonic's friends gather to help him face his addiction to speed.

Whoever edited my post, you edited out the EmuWiki link. Next time, please don't unless you have a really good reason.

nah it was unlinked since the beginning, I had seen it right after you posted it, I think it was unlinked since you wrote that small 'For the record' comment. Anyways I didn't complain considering the number of links to EmuWiki that there is on the welcome page, 1 unclickable link is a detail :P

see, that was me that edited the for the record in the original post (it was a second post before) so it was more than likely a slipup on my part.
