Super Street Fighter II Turbo character sprites
I'm interested in modding the character sprites in Super Street Fighter II Turbo ROM for MAME. Are there any tools/techniques to do this? Thanks in advance!

So out of all of them, that would be the hardest. You've got multiple ROMs to go through, finding out which of the ROMs store the graphics, finding out whether the ROM chips that contain the data are encrypted (likely), finding out if they are compressed (possible) then having to potentially decrypt and then potentially decompress the graphics files, alter them, then reverse the process. If you're new to this, I would start with something a bit more practical.
