To my knowledge, Spybot doesn't have any shell integration... and a quick look through the settings seems to confirm that. I think that is probably because of the way Spybot scans; if you've ever watched a scan as it's running, you'll see that it searches for certain products rather than searching all of your folders for anything that could maybe, possibly, conceivably be spyware. This is also why its scan likely takes less time than other scans-- it doesn't have to search who-knows-how-many GB of files folder-by-folder to get its results. Unfortunately, that also means it probably simply CAN'T be made to scan specific files to check if they match the spyware definitions... or at least, it would probably be a pain to program that on top of what's already there. Doesn't make it less disappointing, though!
