[English] Ganbare Goemon 2: Very Strange General Magginesu (SNES) translation

I have no idea what Ganbare Goemon 2: Kiteretsu Shougun Magginesu means, but every release I see for it, the name pretty much is the same. Ganbare Goemon is just fine in my book, after all it is the name of a famous series.
