Default Are requests for game ID files banned?

Hi, I was wondering whether anyone can supply me with the small game ID file SLUS 20963 for the American version of Final Fantasy XII on the PS2? This is neither a ROM nor an ISO so should not be banned, no?

Huh...I can't really help you myself, but what do you need this for (out of curiosity)?

Requests for or links to commercial ROM images, BIOS images, illegal software, and anything else along those lines are not permitted.

We are NOT in the business of playing recently released games on a modded PS2, and we certainly are not going to provide you with a file that is not for emulation, but for playing a FFXII ISO on a modded PS2.
Have a nice day.
If I am wrong, may I be forgiven.

My intentions are not emulation/warez, nor am I interesting in playing 'recently released games on a modded PS2', heck I don't even have a modded PS2 and all my games are originals. I most certainly own a copy of Final Fantasy XII, albeit the PAL version.

The PAL version only has a PAL game ID as you probably realise and I need the NTSC game ID named SLUS 20963 which resides as a small file on the game disc (accessible by putting the disc in a PC DVD rom drive)

My intentions are to convert NTSC cheat codes to PAL cheat codes since the support for PAL cheat devices is generally dire. So surely what I do (convert memory addresses) should not be equated with 'warez'/emulation etc?

The problem is the SLUS/SCUS file is the actual game executable file. It is Sony's ".exe" if you will. So that in itself makes it illegal to obtain from someone else's game disc. Sorry.
