Default Searching for Hack Team for long term project

Hello folks, this is my first post on the Zophar's Domain forums, and I'm glad to be here. It has come to my attention that there is a large amount of able minded rom hackers here that have a lot of insight into the way that things work. Therefore I've decided that it might be beneficial to me to post a bit of a help wanted post so that the search for someone to aid in the process might advance further.

What I'm looking for:
·ASCII Programmers
·English speaking people able to read Traditional Japanese Script
·Experienced utility users
·Xlate Experienced professionals

If any of these things describe you and you're interested in attaining a position and helping to establish a new ROM hacking group rooted in the old skool, please post here or throw me a PM if you have any questions.

I myself have very little experience with using any ROM hacking utilities, and am only experienced in the web design portion of what would be the future group.

Thanks, and hope to talk to you soon!

To the project I would most likely contribute the posting and distribution of the hack, as well as the web design as previously stated. I know quite a few places where the hack could be made easily avaliable, and it would benefit all of the team to have an official website of some kind.

The problem is, I don't know much about ROM hacking, and have simply requested a team upon request of supply of new ROM hacks to be readily avaliable to the public.

Okay, to me, that says that you're hiring people to do the work for you. No offense, but in comparison to doing any real work, publicization is like the "buying the ingredients" segment of building ten 5-stage wedding cakes. You'd be getting a whole lot of credit for a comparatively miniscule contribution.

Head to romhacking.net, pick up some documents, and teach yourself to do something. You'll be better off for it, and you'll be much more likely to recruit other people to your cause if you're not just dead weight.

well ok then, you aren't hiring people, you are requesting a hack to be made. I mean let's call a spade a spade here, OK? You have no ROM hacking experience and you expect for people to do your bidding so that you can distribute the hack as yours when you din't put any work into it. Good fucking luck.

With that out of the way, how about you learn ROM hacking and make a couple of hacks on your own? Once you've done a few decent hacks hen maybe you can get one or two people to help you on your current project.

How about you get the facts before you start flaming n00b. I didn't plan to distribute it as mine at all. In fact the whole thing was supposed to be:
A. A learning experience so that I might be able to lend future help to the team which would be aiding in producing ROM hacks.
B. A service for the general people, which obviously you have no comprehension of with your massive ego which seems to have biased your entire mentality
C. A help to the team so that they would never have to worry about site maintenance, distribution, etc. to make their jobs easier and the whole thing more fun.

In all reality, I planned to distribute the hack under one agreed name, with names of all those involved included. My name was not to be included at all except for in the web page which would be made.

So again, don't go saying things when you have no idea of what is going on.
