It loads and plays like a million midis at the same time so I assumed it was a half assed attempt at crashing peoples browsers. My browser had some slow down but it didn't crash.

Must not be as 1337 of a site as it said it was.

My favorite "hack" of all time was the old way to make people using Sega Netlink's crash on IRC by typing >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>.

I think that is something that makes geocities so different from anyplace else on the internet. The massive amount of sites with midi's that play automatically when you enter a website.

I think I have a plan. I think I'm going to setup my myspace page up geocities style. I might even find a midi mp3 and hide the player at the bottom of the page so they can't find it immediately to shut it off.

Script block saved me. Nothing played, though it did point out the scripts to me (could see them in the side bar).

Maybe for archiving purposes they are but I'm sure they'll retain the rights to the name since they did pay so much for it in a commercial sense.

Ah yes. Looks like my old site is now no more. I started it in 1997.

The Geocities domain doesn't expire for another 3 years. By that time, Yahoo won't even exist anymore.
