Naval Ops Warship Gunner Soundtrack?

Hello all,

I've been trying to rip the soundtrack from Naval Ops Warship Gunner. I currently have the ROM loaded onto my computer and can access the files. There's a folder named "BGM." I assume that stands for Battle Ground Music or something. I could be wrong. Anyways, the files are in a .AST file type. I'm not sure what kind of file that is or how to properly convert/extract it. I tried loading it into audacity in the form of raw data. All I got from that was a bunch of static. If anyone has any solutions or knows where I can find this soundtrack, please tell me. Thanks.

I would register but their image verification thing isn't working... at all.
