Default MyNES v2.0.0.322

My Nes is a portable open source NES/FAMICOM emulator written in C#. It's EXACT nes cycle emulator, very accurate and uses exact ppu scanline timing. My Nes compatibility is very high, and most of the games that supported run perfectly. The aiming of this project is to bring accuracy, speed, compatibility and a new serious .net nes emulator which can be ported into a lot of platforms.

Version 2.0.0.322 :
Quote:
I build this version from zero, I mean that i don't use the old source-code from version 1.2.5.111 although I used some of and enhance it. The new source code brings new nes engine, it's now EXACT NES CYCLE emulator, older versions were based on scan-line, that's mean the new version is more accurate and the compatibility increased. My Nes tested on test roms, and it pass most of them.
  • Converted from scanline-based to cycle-based.
  • compatibility increased.
  • Fixed ppu scroll, timing, exact ppu nmi timing !! more accuracy.
  • Fixed apu frame IRQ and timing.
  • Fixed all cpu instructions.
  • Added mappers # 90, 92, 93, 94, 95, 97, 112, 114 and 212.
  • Fixed mappers # 4, 6, 19, 21 and 23.
  • Browser improved to be faster 2X the older one.
  • My Nes now boot faster than before.
  • ALOT of things changed so I cannot mention them all now.

Download from here or from the emulator's website

what games does it support the emulator won't run any of my games it keeps saying System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'SlimDX, Version=2.0.8.42, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b1b0c32fd1ffe4f9' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified. I went to the home page of this SlimDX but there is one problem you can't download it the links are broken or well it is just not available, if you have it maybe you could include it with the emulator, otherwise I don't know how to get this thing to work. It Seems promising as an emulator but with out SlimDX it doesn't work.

The SlimDX downloads are working just fine for me. Are you sure you're on slimdx.org?

Have you tried the SDK? I'd try it myself but it'll take me a week to get it downloaded.

I downloaded the SlimDX package that AHD linked to and copied the appropriate SlimDX.DLL file (there are 32 & 64 bit variations) into the MyNES directory and it seems to have taken care of the SlimDX errors.

Edit: but maybe you should include the appropriate libraries this time, no?

But then the argument could be made that if you're going to include the SlimDX library, then you should also include the .NET 3.5 framework. They're both project independent frameworks.
