Default NESwrite useful for object editing?

I don't even know how to use NESwrite (stupid DOS full-screen application) but I read how it works and I thought,
"Why not use that instead of Hexposure for object editing?"
So, any ideas?

I don't even know what it is.... from the description it made it sound like a hex editor that loads graphics instead of using table files.

I suppose that would work... although I don't know why you'd need graphics for general hex editing -- if that's even what the program does (it sounds like it's more for text editing). It seems like the graphics would just be in the way. Not to mention you already brought up that it's a "stupid DOS full-screen" app, making it much harder to use (can't flip between it and notepad or other windows and stuff as easily)

So the question isn't "Why not use that instead of Hexposure" -- it's "Why should you use that instead of Hexposure". It sounds like it's more of a big pain in the ass without any real benefits.

edit: and it's Q-basic? ew. Why indeed.

I really hate poor programming languages -- if you can even call Q Basic a programming language.

Yeah, but Basic is very popular language. In my country no one has even heard of c++, java and others, just Basic.

BASIC? or Quick Basic? or are they the same thing (I was under the impression they were very different).

Anyway... popularity or whatever doesn't make the language any less shitty.
