Default Grand theft auto advance Script format?

Could anyone tell me if the gba rom script of gta advance is in ASCII FORMAT OR IN SYMBOL FONTS?

Please could someone help me out here.
And how would I find the script for the game.

Can anyone right me some quick steps on how and using what tools?
Id be eternally grateful

Im trying to ripp the text/script/cutscene text from the gba rom of gta advance.
Please I really just need steps.

Sorry if i posted in the wrong place.

Also I now that Ascii format is easier to work with using hex but I don't know how to find the script cutscenes dialogue for the game.
Can anyone right up a tutorial on how to ripp the text from the game please.

What you're looking at is a GBA game compiled in ARM7 assembly.

Go look up tutorials about Relative Searching. I wrote one called The Theory of Relative Searching which you should be able to find in the tutorials section here. That's probably the easiest way to locate scripts, as long as they're not compressed.
