I have had my xbox since the release and a few months back the drive just crapped out and wouldn't read any disc so I just recently purchased another xbox and was wondering if there is a way to transfer my saved information from my old xbox to my new xbox...

Get a memory card.

Otherwise, softmod both of them and you can transfer shit like that.
