Is the source code of SMYNES available for download?

Hi, is the source code of SMYNES (an NES Emulator on Windows) available for download somewhere in the Internet? Not for commercial purpose, just wanna study the implementation of an NES Emulator on Windows. Thank you.

Why that particular NES emulator when there are plenty of open source options to choose from?

EDIT: Mesen is quite possibly the most accurate NES emulator out there and it's open source. If you're going to look at any of them, might as well be that one.

Because SMYNES looks good to me. If you don't like SMYNES, can you recommend a Windows NES emulator that has source code to download and the source is well written and easy to understand? (I have had the source for nester already). Thank you.
