For starters, you need a PSX BIOS file. No, we will not give you one.
Also, what the hell is disruptor, and why do you think you need it?

That's like asking "what the hell is final fantasy vii, and why do you think you need it?" Hard to run a PSX game without, you know, the game.

...OH!
see, it sounded like disruptor was a program, and not a game. Silly me!

Once you got a certain BIOS-file follow these steps to setup ePSXe:
http://www.epsxe.com/help.php
Put the Disruptor files (*.ccd, *.img, *.sub) in a folder of your choice and select "run ISO" from ePSXe - highlight the *.ccd file and hit "open". Game should start then.

Don't feel bad, that's what I thought on reading it as well. I thought it was some kind of emulation tool or plug-in I'd not heard of before.

What's Disruptor? I've never really had too much trouble running epsxe. Doesn't it tell you that you need the bios file if you haven't got one? Anyway, you can either mount the image on something like alcohol 52% or just run the image from the emulator.

You'll also want at least one plugin from each category (except maybe CD and misc, I think the CD plugin that epsxe is perfectly serviceable). With a little tweaking, you'll be up and running in no time. I think I usually use the Pete's or PEOPs.

Here's a little bit of info on the game Disruptor. It was published by Interplay and released in the U.S. in November 1996, with releases in Europe and Japan within the following six months.
