Got an answer from the plug-in's creator:
Hi, thank you for your report. Remove from "component" folder both dll, and put only latest version of dll (recompiled for ver.0.9.6.x). Then remove/rename dsp_sps.dll from winamp plugin folder. (The latest version dsp_sps.dll, which is distributed with Winamp v5.54, encounters a foobar2000 startup crash). With Best Regards, Sergiy.
