This week, I updated VGBAnext emulator for Android. There is also a new
version of ColEm for Windows, Android, and Linux. See below for all the
changes.

* Added simple CPU-based linear interpolation scaler.
* Added file drag'n'drop support to ColEm-Windows.
* Added "-linear" command line option to ColEm-Linux.
