unecm a .bin.ecm?

I looked for a sticky but can't find one. I went to Neill Corlett's site and downloaded the ecm program, I click the .exe and dragged/dropped the file into the cmd window. I hit enter andthe window closes. Nothing happens, I tried to do a search to find the file, but nothing. Can someone give me directions on how to uncompress this file?

You're gonna have to load it up in the Command Prompt manually. There's various ways to do this depending on OS. This page has the commands you need to un-ecm the file once you get that far.
