Ah wait, now that you mention it, maybe it is more of a Konami sound (I had to relisten to it). Something about it reminded me of the Sunsoft Batman titles for some reason, though I might just be misremembering.

Oh no, I know it isn't NES Batman, it just had a sound that made me think of it.
