1 color palette change

I'm playing around with tecmo super bowl
I ran into a palette where 1 color changes, but the other 15 stay the same. (see pic) the bottom palette pic is the easily located palette. I'm wanting to find the red (last color on the top pic).
Not that it's a HUGE deal, but for future refernces, how would I go about finding this one color?
My only attempt was setting a breakpoint of 3F00, but no help.
